Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Print-on-demand means each piece is made for you — we ask that items be returned in the same condition they were received.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We'll exchange it. Email us to initiate — we'll confirm availability and provide the return address. Customer covers return shipping; we cover the outbound exchange shipment.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Non-Returnable

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned. Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout) are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

Email fibermark@polsia.app with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and next steps.
