kink~e is Kinke's signature collection — premium basics cut from unconventional materials: jersey~e cotton, terry~e loopback, waxed~e shell. The name reflects a design philosophy that refuses the ordinary. Not edgy for its own sake — just uncompromisingly specific about fiber, weight, and construction.
Yes. Every Kinke piece is print-on-demand — made when you order it. No excess inventory, no overproduction. Your order goes into production immediately after checkout and ships from our Bay Area facility in 7–10 business days.
Domestic US orders arrive in 7–10 business days total (production + transit). You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. International orders take 10–20 business days after fulfillment, depending on destination.
Yes. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country. Most international shipments arrive within 10–20 business days.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Customer covers return shipping. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item. To start a return, email fibermark@polsia.app with your order number.
Yes. Email fibermark@polsia.app to initiate. We'll confirm the size is available and provide the return address. You cover return shipping; we cover the outbound exchange. See our sizing guide on the shop page before ordering — Kinke cuts run slightly oversized by design.
The kink~e collection uses three proprietary fabric categories: jersey~e cotton (280–300 GSM, enzyme-washed), terry~e loopback (340–400 GSM, garment-finished French terry), and waxed~e cotton shell (for the Structured Cap). All are pre-shrunk and built for longevity — not the kind of fabric that pills at the seams after four washes.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking after 10 business days from your order date, email fibermark@polsia.app and we'll look into it immediately.
Email fibermark@polsia.app within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no questions, no forms.
